Any Visible Changes?

I'm just interested to see if anyone can see a visible change in my body. I've been logging for 10 days now, and working out for almost 1.5 months consistently. Which I know doesn't seem like much, but it took alot to get going. But now I am enjoying myself, and starting to lose a bit of weight. It would be great to get an outside perspective. I'll also see if I can find a photo a bit older than these for better comparison.

Ahhhh, someone tell me how to add photos!?

By the way, if you don't see any changes, don't lie. :-) I can handle it!

    ok, i will try.
you have to use an image hosting website. There are many, I use imageshack.com so these instructions are for there.
    1. register and login
    2. choose upload image and browse your computer for the image and upload it
    3. click on "my images"
    4. highlight the one you want and right click on it and hit "share it"
    5. it will bring up a box, unclick the box between the word "Full Size" and "image details"
    6. next to the word Forums you will see a box that starts with 'http....etc" 7 copy this enitre line and paste into comment box 8 change to lowercase letters the word IMG at the beginning and end of the line it is much easier than you think, try it a few times

you can definitely see the changes in the mid torso area. because the outfit is different, it is hard to tell the movement of the waist/hips area.

How do you feel? Feeling healthier yet?

I feel great actually, I"m starting to get stronger and faster when I work out, and that alone feels good. Just waiting to see the numbers reflect it a bit more. I'm sooooooo impatient.

Thank you. I'm glad someone can see it. I always see the same thing when I look. I'll measure tonight and record it again!

your upper abs are definitely more defined! :) Everything else is mostly the same, I would suggest eating more whole foods and cutting out most prepackaged processed products if you're looking for additional ways you can lose inches and fat :)
  • I can definately see the change. there is not much shrinkage but definately more muscle tone. and ...as you work on those muscles, the body fat will disappear. GO GO GO.....see I'm cheering you on.)....I'd second line for ya If I could.(traditional new Orleans Celebration dance)
